Opo Coffee is a roastery, cafe and training lab on East Howard Avenue in Decatur, in the former Ammazza space, started by Jonathan Pascual, who also runs Taproom Coffee in Kirkwood. Opo means yes with respect in Filipino, and the company pays a living wage at every level and gives one percent of its sales to environmental causes.

The coffees come from long term producer relationships, and the shelf currently includes Jagong Jeget from Aceh in Indonesia, Sweet Lily from Gedeb in Ethiopia, Yuracmayo from Cusco in Peru and Aquiares Estate from Costa Rica. The training lab also runs Specialty Coffee Association courses and latte art classes. The cafe is open Monday to Saturday from half past six until eight in the evening, and on Sundays from eight until five.
