Notable Roasting West End

Notable Roasting is a small Atlanta roaster whose team has more than a decade of experience in specialty coffee, and it roasts, cups and ships everything itself. Its coffee bar opened in August 2025 in a corner of Wild Heaven Beer's West End brewery and gardens on White Street, and it is open Thursday to Sunday from eight until three.

The coffees are roasted offsite on a Probat P12 and rested before they are served. The list changes often and has recently included a washed Gesha from Huila in Colombia, a natural Tabi from Tolima, and a blend of Colombian and Rwandan coffees called Steady State. The aim, in the roasters' words, is coffee that is honest, expressive and consistent, with a clear and balanced roast.
