Condesa Coffee Grant Park

Condesa Coffee's second Atlanta shop opened in Grant Park in September 2026, inside the Boulevard at Grant Park development at 1015 Boulevard SE, where Boulevard meets the Atlanta Beltline Southside Trail. It follows the original in the Old Fourth Ward and brings the same small batch Condesa blend, roasted in Atlanta, to park walkers, Beltline regulars and the families of one of the city's most historic neighborhoods.

The location has free wifi, an outdoor patio, bike racks, free parking and local art, and the menu covers espresso drinks, pour over, chai and matcha, with house made syrups and pastries from a local bakery. It opens at seven on weekdays and eight on weekends and closes at six, and a third Condesa is planned for Decatur in January 2027.
