Kudu

Kudu has run its Neo Psychiko flagship for more than a decade, the original room where a group of coffee obsessed friends first built the brand before it grew into a roastery supplying more than 250 partner cafes across Greece. Blends and single origins move through a monthly subscription program alongside the walk in counter, and house releases like the Nicaragua El Bosque and Kenya Kiandu AA sit next to competition oriented brewing equipment for anyone making coffee at home.
The smell of roasting coffee is noticeable from the door, backed by pastries, cakes, and a full sandwich menu for anyone settling in longer than an espresso break. A newer Pagkrati location has since extended the brand into a livelier neighborhood setting, but Neo Psychiko remains the room where the Kudu identity, and its now sizable merchandise and capsule lineup, first took shape.
