Ioanna Kalaitzi and her nephew Zannis Tsoukaneris opened Caffeine Dealer in Koukaki around an aunt and nephew partnership built on a rotating specialty program from Area 51 Coffee Roasters. The storefront wears a black and white mural of the Koukaki skyline that locals reference as a neighborhood landmark in its own right, part of a design language that leans playful rather than minimalist. Homemade cinnamon rolls and croissants come from a local baker known as Cookie Dude, and the shop's own slogan, support your local caffeine dealer, sums up a business built on repeat visits from the same small stretch of Koukaki rather than passing tourist traffic.
