Rush Rush Coffee

Simon Derutter and Nanigui Patel started Rush Rush in 2020, building it into a vibrant, welcoming hub in the architectural streets of Zurenborg. Derutter has since become a genuine name in Belgian competitive coffee, a two time Belgian AeroPress Champion who took second at the 2022 AeroPress World Championship.

Zurenborg's Art Nouveau architecture gives the shop an especially photogenic setting, one of the more architecturally distinct pockets of the city to grab a coffee in, the room staying casual despite the competition pedigree behind the counter.
