Kasette Koffie

Owner Reuben Vermoet started Kasette as a mobile bar handing out free coffee to healthcare workers through the pandemic winters before settling the concept into a former flower shop in Antwerp's historic center. The room commits fully to an eighties synth wave look, neon lighting and a Miami Vice mood that makes it one of the more visually distinct coffee stops in the city.

Beans come from Kolonel Coffee alongside rotating European guest roasters, poured to a crowd that comes as much for the setting as the espresso. Homemade cheesecake is the specific thing Vermoet is proudest of, a fixture on the menu since the shop's earliest days as a cart.
