Aoife, an Irish name meaning beauty, started as a micro roastery in the coastal town of Ebeltoft before opening this Latin Quarter room in late 2025, bringing naturally processed beans into the heart of Aarhus for the first time. Rasmus, who leads the shop day to day, has built a reputation locally for the kind of attention that turns a quick coffee stop into something closer to a full service experience.

Pastries come from neighboring bakery Gærda, delivered fresh and paired with a rotating naturally processed lineup rather than a single house blend. Dogs are welcome throughout the room, a detail Visit Aarhus has pointed to as one more reason it's become a regular Latin Quarter stop.
